Bonjour, my name is Dechirant. I was first exposed to anime when I was watching cartoon network when I was twelve. I was fascinated by Dragon Ball Z and later by Sailor Moon, which later became my favorite. Ever since that day I have enjoyed anime quiet a bit, especially from the aspect of art and design. Sailor Moon, Card Captor Sakura, Mahou Tsukai Tai, and Ah My Goddess all caught my eye with their enjoyable stories and fantastic artwork. It never ceases to amaze me how creative all of the authors must have been when they first began designing their characters. About two years ago I finally crossed the barrier from just a plain fan to a collector of art when I purchased my first cel. It was a Card Captor Sakura release cel, upon its reception, I was amazed by the detail and care taken in the painting and production of each and every piece. After the purchase of my first cel, I have been slowly growing my collection by adding pieces every month or so, making sure that each piece is special to me. I hope to continue to collect, but at the present moment I am just happy to be able to own something of such beauty and enjoyment.
